air filter is it ebay rubbish

   found this air filter i have a saxo forte 1.1 and it says it fits my car and these filters have got very good feedback so just wandering what you think and if got one or had one what you thought does it make your car louder better on fuel etc tom

   found out wot heatsoke is its where it only takes hot air through which reduces power so thanks and it says best way to do this without having an air filter is to de ristrict your air box so what does this do does it cause any damage is it safe and how do you do it and what effects

   its safe to fit just shit, if you want more power, get a panel filter in the standard airbox

    What car do you have. If it's a 1.1 give up now, no point in wasting money in speed. Go for looks.
    Not really read much about de-restricing the saxo air box, but when I did the corsa I removed all pipes inside that limited air flow and replaced the pipes to the throttle body with silicon hose. Also uprate the standard panel filter to a K&N.

    whats a panel filter and what does it do and are they good and i have a saxo forte 1.1 not bothered about speed just want a bit louder but dont want a new backbox as could make to loud if get a sporty one

    The K&N panel filter will replace the standard panel filter.
    No point at all mate, waste of money IMO.
