New Clutch + fitting costs?

   Basicaly my new Gti is in need off new clutch/release bearing, due to a few standing starts at the local air field, and i dont know what to go for?
   
   heard about veleo? but im looking at having it cammed aswel, dont dont no weather to go for paddle clutch? any one know any decent cheap sites for new clutchs and what make i should be looking for?
   
   i have a OMP 4 point paddle clutch but been told it will be a bitch for daily use and bit heavy duty for the power im runnning

   Also any one know how much a garage charges to fit a clutch? dont have much time to do it myself tbh.

   we charge £175 supplied and fitted for Valeo clutches

   unless you plan to go over 180bhp standard valeo will be fine mate, depends on area for price really, i charge 100 plus the price of clutch so normally bout 145-170 depending on whether they want a cheap clutch or not, but your well far away from me? may be worth asking in your regional section as it really depends where your live
