Throttle Bodie

  1. #1
Want a bit more power out of my VTR.

Will a 16v larger throttle bodie fit straight on or is there another throttle bodie I could use to get some extra power? Seen people using s1 rallye bodies and was wondering which would be better.

VTS TB = Nope, won't fit.
S1 Rallye inlet and body = Only on MK1 VTR's and yours is a Mk2 so it won't fit.

So I really cant get a throttle bodie of a saxo. Would it give me uch of a power gain just to polish it and then enlarge the bore of the inlet manifold?

As far as I know thats never been proven, and mk2s are heavier.

A mk1 VTR engine is 90bhp and a mk2 is either 100hp or 98hp not sure different sites show different stats.
