#2No, the standard headgasket is fine - whatever thickness is right, it been skimmed? Standard should be fine but watch the valve clearances.

#3No, a normal one should be fine.

#4it doesnt need to be skimmed cos its a brand new rebuilt head so im just going to swap them over, do i need an uprated gasket? i was told if i didnt get a race spec gasket it would just blow every 1000 miles!?!

#6Normal is fine.
If it's freshly rebuilt then it'll have probably been skimmed to make it flat, so watch clearances if your fitting a wildish cam -
#7thats good then! thanks guys
