Important! : new brake padas wont fit in

    ive taken the brakes off as it was seized and fixed it up and put it back on, (the bit with the piston on)

    now when i put the caliper back on theres not enough room for new brake pads ? can anyone help me on this as its off at the moment and i'm screeewed if i cant get it sorted today

    Open the bonnet, remove the lid on the master cylinder to allow the fluid to flow
    you need to push the piston back in to the caliper so its flush
    if you do this and pads dont fit you need to make sure you have the right ones

    if its the rear caliper you need to wind it with a spanner. if its the front caliper you need to compress the piston with a g clamp or something

    pistons should turn back in easy enough when u have removed the master cylinder lid mate just remember to turn them as you push then fit brake pads and should just slid around the disc.

    do you mean remove the lid for the brake fluid reservoir?

    Yes the fluid resvoire lid
    the fronts down screw in they just push back in
