Wuring noise coming from gearbox

   Hi i have a wuring noise coming from my gearbox and when i depress my clutch pedal it disappears any ideas what it could be or is it normal cheers

   release or thrust bearing

   It sounds like clutch bearing
   what you can do is drive the car down the road at about 30mhp take it out of gear and lift the clutch pedal back up and see if the noise goes if the noise is still there if maybe the gearbox is low on oil or wear in the gearbox because of low oil

   Sounds like a release bearing to me
   
   Unless the box is low on oil

   I had the same as this but then i realised gearbox levels were low, topped it up and it was fine after that, do it as soon as you can!
