spring rates

done a search but not found what im after..
does anyone know the spring lbs rates of the common lowering springs such as g-max, apex, eibach, spax, etc, i know kam do the 155lbs faulkners but im just wondering where the other more common ones are compared to the stiffer track orientated ones so if anyone knows the rates of each of these that would be great
    thanks

well iirc standard is 118lb and eibach are 115,not sure on the rest.
    what are you after?

All aftermarket ones that i've tried have been utter shite IMO. All too soft/progressive. GMC make some nice linear 40mm springs. The kam faulkners are about as good as it gets off the shelf. Gaz do 225lb up to 300lb+ as part of their standard kit.

thanks for the responses, but im not after an all out stiff track spring as ill be using them on a road car not track, im after a stiffer lower setup than standard but not all out track, i had seriously thought about the apex 50mm but just wanted to know the other simliar 'off the shelf' spring rates such as g-max, spax etc were in relation to the apex kit before i bought.
ive just read the eibach are basically the same as standard

if your thinking about going as low as 50mm you should replace yor dampers aswell with ones that would suit.

id say pretty much all the springs youv named are around the standard mark.

for everyday use id really recommend the kam racing faulkners......not too hard for everyday use, although still stiffening over standard and will still be comfy.
as alex said most of what yo have named are pretty crappy.
kamracing faulkners is what id recommend.

yer i am uprating dampers aswell will be a full suspension setup not just springs.
the faulkners sound good but the only thing holding me back is the 40mm drop as like i said im after 50mm one.

faulkner will make custom springs, might be worth an email to kamracing or faulkner themselves.

    agree with that.

    GMC 40mms were decent enough.
    Loved my faulkner 200lb's.

But oviously you will need some decent bilstein shocks to go with them.
