Duplex exhaust sound *update* P2

   I just had my Peco Duplex fitted, full s/s system. How it sounded when it was first put on, is that how it is going to stay. I have heard some people say it will change but I really cant see it changing much more. Its fairly quite which I am not really happy with .

   it may get louder as it "cokes" up but not much..

   I couldnt see it getting much louder. Might just use it for a couple of months and then sell it. I wouldnt think they would take it back once fitted would they.

   Decatting it would help too! They do get louder the warmer they get too.

   I had my scorpion duplex exhaust fitted yesterday, looks the dogs but its soooo quiet to, im looking to decat it now to see if it make it any louder

    i have a peco but just a backbox, its definatly got louder over the initial first few months, now its quite nice, u dont want it to sound like a nova!

    The guy that done mine is a body shop aswell, he just cut away at it with one of the gas knifes type saw thingy. Done a alrigh job aswell same shape, same place.

    Ashley what make is yours. I wanted mine to sit in the same style as yours. Will be getting it sorted in a week or two I think, when I can get the silencer taken out.

    lol, sorry ash, lol. Looks quite sweet, Icant wait until mine is seated properly and I get rid of the centre box. HOw loud is yours ash, is it quite, are you going to remove the centre box.

    I am making my own straight through centre section this weekend Grant. Fuck paying £100 + on a bit of pipe when you can take your middle silencer out and stick in a bit of pipe from the scrappies!
    
    I am combining it with a Scorpion Backbox.

    True, I am going to complain to Peco about their brackets snapping and try and get a free pipe to remove the silencer.

    yeah very quiet, its louder at idle that reving it lol, yeah ima gunna remove silencer
