Clutch Release Bearing

    How many of you have ever just changed the CRB and not the clutch and what problems did you have afterwards if any?

    Would be silly not to change the clutch when the gearbox is off imo.

    +1 why go through the hassle of getting the box off and not change the clutch at the same time, would save money in the long run

    justget a clutch kit mate and do it all in one go thats alot of effort to just changethe release bearing trust me i fitted a new clutch the other month.

    mine was rattling bought a clutch kit of ebay is worth changing while box is off for just 50 quid free delivery bargain.

    the cost of a bearing on its own is around £25. Cost of a full clutch kit with bearing around £50. Do the lot in one go whilst the box is off

    id also agree, but dont buy a cheap clutch, i ripped one to bits in a couple of days. go for valeo
