FURIO 2 A VTR SPEC

Can any one tell me if u can get the furio engine to the same peed power like a vtr?
  2. #2
yes, not cheap though, enclosed filter, full exhaust, decat, manifold, cam and remap should see you there.

And for that price you could fit a vts engine

and if the vtr added a better exhaust it would kill you even with all them mods, best to drop the vtr lump in or use the vtr 1.6 bottom end with your head that way you have a 1.6 furio

i i im 18 and aint sure if i could get insurance for a vtr or a vts any one of u guys got insuracne in ur name and got a vtr?
  5. #5
i had a vtr at 18 1100 quid, if you cant insure a vtr its unlikely you could afford the insurance on an engine modified furio

It's got a lot to do with where you live mate. I got a quote for a VTS as I am getting one in April and it was £750 for 10 months bonus accelerator. I am currently insured on a VTR and that was £1000 for a year. I turned 19 in octorber.
