spraying ecu cover and fuse box lid

    Do you have to go through the usual process of primer and laquering or just spray them straight with the colour you want.

    Also do you have to use anything special to protect them from the heat?

    primer helps the paint adire to the item, so yes you will need it.

    lacquer to protect, seal and makes the metalic come out, should you use metalic paint

    primer , paint, laquer will last longer. heat hasnt effected mine at all for over a year

    If you don`t put plastic primer on then the paint will shrink/peel off.

    exactly what mine did,
    as i couldn't be arsed to go though the process, of
    Rub down,
    Primer, flat down
    Primer, flat down
    Spray, flat down,
    Final spray,
    Lacqure,about 3 times,
