    Hi all sad day today my saxo failed m.o.t

    shock absorber brush worn best thing for me to do car is lowered not sure how much tho ?

    rear bearing has play in it can i do anything other than change it maybe?

    rear disks i can do that lol

    Sometimes the play in the rear wheel bearing can be eliminated by loosening the hub nut and then re-torqueing it back to the specified torque 103lbf ft (140Nm). This is also the cheapest option.

    Lets hope it is your wheel bearing and not your axle bearings.

    wheel bearing is worn had to get hub off how did i do it with out proper tools?

    got brake disk off put it behind the hub got wheel bolt tightened it up to disk, hub starts to come off loose off the wheel nut put another brake disk together with other one do wheel nut up again bam hub off no damage .

    shame the bloke didn't give me rite bearing . may need to get whole new hub .

    have a pair of hubs(NEW) if your interested
    a lot cheaper than citroen/parts companies
    have abs rings but will fit

    all done passed m.o.t now!!

    rang place up i got the bearing from they told me its the right one for my car i said its a roller bearing and mine has ball bearings in a cage type like a bike headstock don't know what proper name is anyway he said you broke the old one getting it out , also you doing something wrong . I'm like no any way 2 people told me same that i was wrong . so took to my garage he said its wrong . any way couldn't get bearing on its own had to get whole hub with bearings in
