Weird rattly noise from Passenger front wheel...

   I had a look around. Just started about 40minutes ago.
   
   Every time I turn left my passenger front wheel starts making this rattly noise (a bit like a damaged bearings in the gearbox, which I also have) but it isn't constant. It's got a second or 2 delay between the noise, it's as if someone has a volume control on it and only while the wheel is facing left...
   
   With this little information, can someone possibly narrow it down at all or gimmie a check list to do?
