lowering the fronts not hard unless you get a few tricky bolts...and dont pull the driveshaft right out

oil goes everywhere...
all it is is the track rod needs to come off..the centre big hub nut (a 30mm) then the pinch bolts at the bottom holding the bottom arm in..ger a long bar an prize the bottom arm out and then undo the 3 bolts on the top (inside the engine bay)
Then the full unit comes off...compress springs and undo top bolt on the unit and replace spring and reverse..job done
