Petrol Cap Seized.

   Cars been sat for about 3weeks now, and today i've gone to fill her up and the petrol cap is totally solid.
   
   tried wd40 on it, hot water aswell and it doesnt seem to becoming any looser,
   
   How can i remove the cap ;/? i've got a spare cap with key even if i have to break it out.

   3in1 oil in the key hole or spray grease,if not get a new cap and drill the old lock out.

   had a new cap anyways as i brought a whole set yest.
