Does your car have a CAT? If not and second lambda is sleeved, this is normal - the light does come on eventually. I'll read/ clear the fault code for a fiver if you fancy a drive up.

im having the same problem aswell as thrust bearing going and cv joint knocking more than a mormon, the light just came on out of the blue 1 day when i started it up any ideas? i had the same problem with my calibra but should be exhaust, lambda something simple right!? lol

problem sorted, car was misfiring because tappets were incorrectly gapped, me and a mate gapped all the tappets with a feeler gauge and its been perfect ever since.
