Spare Wheel Holder

   Ive just removed my spare wheel from underneath my VTR and am now left with the metal poles that held it in place. What have other people done with this? If i just leave it on the clip its still fairly loose so im thinking it will fall out while driving and drag along the floor. Ideas?

   either take a grinder to it or tighten the hook up the threaded bar, it'll only go so far.

   yeah i just tightened it as much as it would go and left it...haven't had any problems been like it months now

   Tie wrap it on and cover any sharp edges up with tape or something.

   take wheel holder off one bolt to the right

   mk2's you have to grind off dont you? didnt think you could un-bolt them?

    I think ill just tighten it up then and possibly cable tie it to be on the safe side
