lowering

    alright guys, recently got myself a s reg Vtr, i am a big fan of lowness, just wondering whats the best way to lower, is it coilies or whats the lowest you can go on springs over 15's?
    i used to have a corsa c and coilies was the best option then
    has anyone got pics of theres with coilies/ springs on
