   Can you get a grey plug coilpack from a vts to work on a black plug gti? Or are they totally different

   different plugs and different wiring /colours
   got a new one if you need it mk1 black plug

   grey can be rewired to work with black. Black cannot be rewired to work with grey. Neither are a plug n play swap

   I was going to try one on my gti but I need a black plug one and all I can find is a grey plug one
