Ecu relay just clicks when trying to startup? Engine wont start - seriously need HELP!]

   Wat does this mean it won't start and the relay just clicks, does this just mean I need a replacement relay? Cheers

   The relay should make a buzzing sound then the engine starts,try changing the relay & get back to us.

   i thought my battery might be flat at first but im now thinking that it could be where my battery cabe steps down to a smaller connecter for the isolater switch :s either that or new relay

   The other thing to check is if your battery isn`t flat & your still getting a click sound it could be the solenoid on the starter thats faulty.

   right just checked and it defo isnt a power or earthing problem :s

   Mine did this for a bit, I cleaned up the connectors and put another relay I had in and worked perfectly since.

    just the contacts between the engine loom and the relay under the Ecu

    got a new relay and made no difference unfortunatly im clueless now can anyone help?
    
    my wipers and indicaters work but its just the starter and fuel pump

    By ecu relay I take it you mean the relay under the ecu?That`s the 1 for the fuel pump it should make a buzzing sound.Check the connections to it for corrosion & that it`s earthed correctly ie no dirt/corrosion etc.
