Saxo Vts 3 Cilinder problem!

   Hi
   My 3 plug vts is running sometimes on 3 cilinders when i first start it in the morning(i mean whan i first start it works ok, but after few seconds it's going on 3 cilinders). Then when i "restart" the engine it runs ok again. Somethink else i notice is that my ECU light is flashing. I go to citroen to read the ecu and the error was CILINDER MISSFIRE. Can you tell me what can cause the problem.

   plugs/coilpac could even be head gasket do compression test
   when changing plugs

   since i've bought the car i haven't changed plugs (20000km).

   Had this on and off on me mk2 vts,turned out to be worn seal on one of my fuel injectors..............
