Hi i'm thinking about getting some vtr alloys and need to know how you go about fitting them to my furio. My furio has the original trims and steelies and i'm not sure how i would take my original tyes off, remove steelies, then fit the vtr alloys back on my tyres i hve now. I've also heard that i will need some new bolts for the alloys 2 is this correct.

#2You will need new tyres for the VTR wheels as they're wider than the wheels you're running now. Ideally the tyres you'll need are 185/55/14s. So you can't use your current tyres.
You will also need a set of flat seated wheel nuts as opposed to the cone seated ones which will probably be holding on your current wheels. Using the wrong shaped wheel nuts is very dangerous as I found out to my expense so make sure you get it right!
Hope this helps. -
#3I had some TSW on my Furio when I first got it & they were 15" Rims. My mate had some black VTR alloys which I wanted and we did a straight swap, & his alloys went straight onto my car, so if I'm honest mate, I don't think there should be any messing about!! Hopefully, they will go straight on??

#5Correct, the tyres are too narrow. Its a good upgrade though it makes any car feel much more stable fitting wider tyres. We recently fitted some 18" cup wheels to a Megane 225 and they had lower profile tyres which were also around 20mm wider. The before and after difference was astonishing.
