Misfiring

    i have an eleven year old vts, when i bought it it was abit ragged! So i got it serviced and i took straight out for spin and it was misfiring. Gradually it stoped doing it so much after an hour of smashing it. Since then it does it every now and then, in 3, 4, 5 when its reaching it peek, causing to me to change gear earlier. Mechanic said it could of been low fuel, cuz at the time i did. This car flies, ive had it for 6 months, and still not lost one race. Despite this happening.

    Could be a number of things:

    Coil Pack
    Sparks
    Crank Sensor
    Shit in the Air filter.


    And I Hope your "Racing" on a track.
