VTR interior in a VTS

    Will the doorcards off a VTR be okay to fit in a VTS, just with the VTS having the electric mirror thing on the plastic part i just wondered if it'll fit onto the VTR doorcard or are they different?

    And before anyone asks i cant afford to buy a full VTS interior and i bought the car stripped and just want full interior back in for convenience and for when i sell it soonish and im doing a deal with my mate.

    Can't see any problems with it all fitting.

    Mark 2 VTR interiors (square and triangle one) have smaller door handle ie the electric mirror switch wont fit into it unless you maybe cut it to fit.

    The Mark 1 VTR interior and the Facelift ones (The grey with Red lines) have the bigger door handles which will fit the switch.

    Would i be able to swap just the material on the door cards?

    well in theory yes, but its quite hard as the rivets are bonded on, so you have to drill them off, or melt them off to get the material off.
