drivers door wont open from outside

    drivers door wont open from outside but will open from inside, this happened before and i got someone i knew to fix it, asked citroen to have a look at it and it is going to be £35 just to look at it they cant even tell what part it will need.anyone have any ideas?.thanks

    Not the best at this sort of thing but if it were me id rip the door car off and have a good look at the locking mechanism. It could be something really simple..

    it was something to do with that before a guy i know in halfords fixed it for me although he told me to get the part if it happens again just and he will fit it but i dont know what part i need lol

    maybe go to halfrauds and ask the guy? he must have an idea of the part you need if he offered to fit it..

    i know a part came loose and had to be re connected.

    if u look in the door with door card off u can see were the handle is by pulling it that theres a screw thread sort of thing with something that atatches onto it thats prob just slipped off if u clip it on then cable tie round it tightly it will keep it on thats what happened to mine
