Key fob unlocks but doesnt lock...

   Hey my problem started out with the keyfob Locking passenger side but not drivers side.. Now it doesnt lock with the key at all Its like the lock button on my fob is just not functioning.. Doesnt feel broke or anything.. its just not making anything happen... the open button unlocks both sides perfectly... Any ideas, Would you reccommend trying a new battery first ? Or is there any way to re set it with my car.
   
   save making a new thread my Seat ( passenger ) got stuck the other day ,,, wouldnt move at all ... i got it moving on the rail and then it wouldnt lock back into a set position... my gf was going back and forward in the seat .. ive managed to lock it into place now but if i lift the bar underneath the seat to slide it on the rail it wont lock again .. ill have to push the metal down on a bracket under the seat to to lock the seat in that position ..

   i had the same problem, it would unlock but not lock, the metal clip was broke but i still havent got it sorted and now it doesnt do anything lol, using the key now m8. but you can buy a new one off ebay for about £35 dont go citroen they wanted £75. be careful not to buy just the case of ebay!!
   hope it starts wrking again

   yeah well... thats how im operating at the min.. key to lock.. which does lock both doors... but i can use the fob to unlock ?....I want it sorted so i can de pin ..

   you cant still de-pin as you say the using the key looks both doors

   yeah but that would be an arse hole having to walk round both sides and lock them lol.. Ill get my cl sorted before i de-Pin.. Ohhhh jusr re-read ... i get you now.... i think you meant CAN still de-pin right ?.... yeah as i say.. using the key in drivers side locks both doors no problem its just the fobs lock button is dysfunctional.... unlock works fine lol. Weird... i hear theres some way to reset the fob am i right ?
