   the s1 bumpers fit iirc a guy fitted a vt kit to a s1 xsi looked lush but dunno it may be worth a try!

   i had a quick try on mine and none of the holes or brackets matched up

   first problem you have is that the vt bumper is flat at the top whereas the 106 bumper is shaped around the headlights so the top of the bumpers need to be cut to make flat and yea the bolt holes wont match up unless you change a few other things
