Trouble purchasing an Idle Speed Control Valve

   Hi,
   
   I'm after an Idle Speed Control Valve for a 1.4i '97 Saxo SX (R reg), does anyone know where I can get one from, apart from the dealer as they are very expensive. The one I'm replacing is a Magneti Marelli B24/00 and it is proving to be quite difficult.

   i got mine from a motor factors near me (fast parts). £108 it was!

   Cheers. I've know got one from a local company for £70. Still very expensive.
   
   Question :- With the knackered one in place the engine doesn't even attempt to start i.e. it wont turn over, is this normal?

   take it out, and push the plunger back in.
   
   it will idle high for abit, but then should resettle

   and tbh, £70 is the going rate.

   £70 is about right bud, have u tried ppl on here, sparco_tom and a few ppl sell parts, if they havnt got one they might be able to get one for you
