either cut a piece of metal to fit and drill some holes or use a 2p and some exhaust paste

and i'am bein serious with the 2p

2p's work but do seal it as well as it may/will leak. my mate found that out after a track day.

i have ran mine for 4 years on a coin in it with silicone sealant, it has seen some abuse and has never once leaked ;D

the way the origional plate sits, its impossible for the coin to fall out, you just need to ensure a good seal with whatever you decide to use.

a blanking plate would be better, easy to make, but i was lazy and went for the fast option lol
