   hi i started refurbing my 16 inch alloys, one was really badly kerbed, sanded it down for 2 hours before i applied the primer, now its smooth but there is little dark lines where i couldnt sand down enough,
   what is the best filler for alloys??? thanks
   
   p.s i will get some pics up as soon as i can, waiting for the 30 days thing

   Either fill it with some standard body filler (only a little) and re sand or build it up with Halfords filler primer (yellow stuff)
   
   I personally use 'Wurth' filler primer, its grey and slighty thicker.. really good stuff..
   Also 'Wurth' zinc primer is also good.. not quick as thick as filler primer.
