remap it?

   hi
   im running kent pt50k cams on my vts but as with many the idle is funny and lumpy. will a remap sort this out, or is it not worth doing??

   Dont think it does anything mate really? unless its got a turbo. all it does it goes by the redline on the dial thats about it

   Yes it will sort it out, and will bring all the modifications together for a bigger power gain
   
   One of the things that is done when a remap is carried out if the fueling is sorted out, so it is definetly worth it.

   id definitely recommend a remap, my VTR has PT40's...when its cold it idles lovely because of the choke raising the idle speed however once the temp gets higher and the idle lowers it gets lumpy and stuttery when the engine is less than 1000rpm is yours like that too?

   mines quite lumpy right from cold, maybe worse when just started! think im gonna get it mapped then!

   yeah, the kent 50's are a bit wilder, dont surprise me lol
   defo worth getting it mapped to get the gains
