Which alloys should I go for?

   Hi guys,
   
   I'm thinking of buying some fox racing alloys from a member on here to go on my silver mk2 vtr, but I cant decide. I did a photoshop of them on a silver vtr and would like to know what you guys think.
   
   Here is the pic (yes, I am rubbish at photoshop)
   
   
   
   Or should I go with standard vts alloys? (dont really want to go gloss black as every man and his dog have gloss black R or S alloys on a silver saxo)

   Foxes look good but can also look a bit cheap, whereas the S wheels look standard. Depends what look your going for really. Personaly i would have the s wheels.

   These are the mods on the 'to do list' so far:
   
   Lower 40mm at the front and 45mm at the back
   Smoked Standard Headlights
   Smoked Jewel Rear Lights
   T-cut badges
   De-wiper

   if its the fox style you like, id personally go for the OZ like saxoIOW has. not sure the exact model.

   In that case the s wheels would go very well If you wanted multispokes I think the best are OZ superturismo's or Team dynamics pro race 1.2.

   With that said, I think the Fox's or OZ's, Pro Races as mentioned would go well.
   
   Having said that though, 'S wheels would look sweet, but probably in standard colour.

   I wanted to go for OZ Ultraleggera's but at the moment I dont really have the cash to spend £500+ on a set of alloys.
   
   What do you guys think, standard color vts alloys or gloss black? I seem to be the only one who prefers the standard color as everyone else seem to go for gloss black.

   I think gloss black 'S alloys look tacky. Standard colour... or what I'm going to do when I get my hands on a set, is go for slightly darker than standard colour, slightly more towards a grey.

    Same here, I want to get a good set that doesnt need much work on it. But yeah, I'll look forward to seeing how it comes out

    Likewise really, but I also like a good project. Something to do when I'm bored which also makes the car look better I'll keep my thread udated with pics of the refurb etc when I finally get the wheels!

    I would go for fox. I'm a bit biased as i have a set lol, but i sprayed them a dark grey colour which i personally think smartens them up a bit.

    They do look nice in that color mate, car looks good too! Did you refurb them yourself?

    Yeah me and my mate did them, just took the tyres off and rubbed them down etc etc. Personally i like them
