Important! : Locks then unlock's straight away

   as i have a delocked door im alwayss using the fob but when i lock it it unlocks straight away, then if i open the door the alarm goes off lol
   
   any ideas ?
   
   all doors are properly shut

   sounds like something is stopping a solenoid going all the way down
   how did you depin the doors?
   sometimes when you just cut the pins off the remaining rod can wedge
   best bet is to remove the whole thing like
   
   thats all i can think of

   Central locking motor mate could be any of the 3 . i had same problem.
