Tinting, Bumpers, Exhaust, Lowering

    Hi there need some advice,

    Got a Saxo 1.1i Sx year 2000

On a low budget so got these alloys:

Ok so window tints, as on a low budget, would it be possible to get some stick on stuff?
Would this be hard to apply? And would it be legal?

Lowering, Obviously the saxo is naturally very high, but will have a few lads in the back.
So if it were lowered would I have problems with people in the back?
How can i lower it? Would it be best to buy some new hard lowered springs because of having people in the back? Would this be expensive? Wouldnt want it really really really low however..

Exhaust, well Id just like a nice looking exhaust that isnt MASSIVE, and that doesnt make LOADS of noise, and just a bit more nicer sounding.. What would you recommend?

Bumpers: Taking the front grill out and meshing it? Does this look any good? I guess this could be done quite cheaply too.

Well I realise i just wrote an essay, so any help appreciated and if anyone has got any used parts i would be interested.

    Thanks (sorry im a n00b),

    James

    Info on your tinting mate
    Tinting
    Lowering
Youll need to buy a new set of front springs and get a garage to fit them and lower the torsion bar if you or a mate dont know how to do it. Look for a total price of 120 to 150 for the labour. If you just want a slightly lowered look then aroung 30 mm would look good.

    Grill
I did my own and id say it looks good, only had to pay for the mesh which was about 10 quid for a 40x120 cm sheet. Get a pic up for ya later mate.
Cant tell you about the exhuast part though, thats next one of my next things to do.

Oh and 1 quick and easy mod is your aerial which'll cost you about 30p!Use a set of scissors to score around the aerial to shorten it,if you cut it the aerial will split. Then get an end like the one on top of your aerial and put that on the top. Cheap and easy way to get a b-sting aerial.
