   ye mate ur standard road legal h1 is only 55w, so technically 100w is illegal but the cops will never knw man ha, their hardly goin to pull u over and ask u to take ur bulbs out in the dark so they can c wat wattage they are

   The advert is a load of crap. They are NOT “HID” as it says in the advert. There also NOT “Power saving” as according to there own numbers they are “55W”. I would be very suspect about there claim to being “long service life” there are many cheap bulbs out there and generally they have very short service life. They may not even be safety marked as many cheap bulbs form China are not. If there not there still not even road legal. Personally I would not touch them. But then for 99p I would be pleasantly surprised if they even worked lol
