Piper manifold help?

    Right just got my self a piper 4-1 manifold, im looking to fit it myself what i need to know is the standard lambda sensor is on the top of the cat,, where as on the piper the hole for the lambda sensor is right at the bottem of the manifold, i've been told there are 2 sensors, but do i use the top one by extending the wires? and what about the other sensor ? thanks

    I got a raceland one mate, and i had to have mine extended and welded into my exhaust, not sure on where the other one is though. I can have a look tomorrow if you still aint got any better advice.

    The top one reaches round - mine did.

    Then just tie the second one out the way.

    so theres no need to extend it ?

    No, I wouldn't extend the lambda wires.

    If you just re-route the lambda it fits fine - is a tad tight but nothing stupid.

    its a big ask for the lambda wires
    but ill give it a go
