HELP!! car wont start

   ok here goes u got a vtr that had the keypad locked so i went and got a unlocked ecu but now im still not getiin ne fuel and spark the fuel pump isworking i tested it with a 12v from bat i also tryed earths and unpluged leads and plug them bk any ideas?

   Dead ECU? Bit hard to diagnose over net really, best take to garage or try and obtain an unlocked ecu to test on yours mate. Worth checking all fuses inside and under bonnet and feel for the relay strapped under the ecu tray clicking on/off as well.

   all fuse's are ok and i replace the ecu with a refrebed one i was wondering if the crank sensor would stop it from fueling and spark?

   can do! normally first signs of f**ked crank sensors are just cutting out on you

   ok ive sorted my ecu problem out after changing every thing and getting 2 diffrent ecu's me and my brother decided to ripe the engine loom out and check every wire well as luck goes 3rd wire into checking we found a dead turned out one of the wired corded..... so we cut it out and re wired in and the car started up for go hope this helps some ppl as there never much info on ecu problems.
