correct tyre pressure for 185/55 14s on VTR?

  1. #1
    Ive read different things, 32 psi front, 30 rear.. 36 psi front 32 rear..

    what is the actual correct tyre pressure for my tyres?

    I followed the recommendation on the MPG thread and the car feels much better, glides along better and the steering feels more responsive.

    Just want to make sure that Ive got it right?

    Cheers

    ah right fair enough
    suppose it depends by tire

    it doesnt matter what tyre/alloy you have on the car, the pressure goes by the car.

    eg...14" alloys and 16" alloys should be set the the same pressure on the same car.

    VTR = 36 front, 32 Rear.

    nice one, thats what Ive got as of last night and all seems well, just wanted to make sure, Ive also seen the same on a tyre pressure site, just someone saying that there was a sticker on the drivers door saying something different.

    Ill stick to 36 front 32 rear unless someone thinks this is wrong or that I could be running a better set up?

    should say on the sidewalls fella

    na 36f 32r is best. it also says on the inside of drivers door by the hinge, and probably in the booklet. sidewalls are usualy the max pressure not designated pressure as they fit a variety of different cars.

    try 25-30 in the front and 30-35 in the rear. mine handles soooo much better like that
