Clutch Cable snapped!

   Good morning saxo drivers!
   I have a little problem and was wondering if anyone could help me.
   I was cruising down the road yesterday evening looking cool in the saxo as usual, and when i pressed the clutch pedal down, i heard ''snap'' and then i coudnt go into gear because the clutch pedal was now resting on the floor. I had to push her to the side of the road and as i was pushing, i could feel all my ''coolness'' dying away, but sticking to the subject, I was told i need a new clutch cable but i wanted to know how much it would cost to get it and can i fit it myself?

   It's a bit fiddly but something you can do yourself.
   
   Maybe try a haynes manual?
   
   As to buy it, eurocarparts, gsf, Citroen, eBay? Don't know how much but at a guess £30-£40?

   Clutch cables are about 20 quid, just make damn sure you get the right one or the plastic pedal attachment wont fit through the hole in the bulkhead

   Hi, ive just had the same problem but in the middle of the night around a blind corner.
   
   How much did the cable cost you in the end?
