gearbox question lol

   as above, how much oil should be put into the box when filling up from empty?
   do i just remove the top plug on the side on thr box and when it starts pouring out i know its full?

   2 litres iirc.
   
   and use the filler plug on the top (next to the reverse light sensor, white plug)

   1.5-2L ish..Think mine took just less than 2L
   you can just pour in from the breather and do it that way, much easier and saves balling about

   Ive read you shouldn't fill it from the breather because you do not know how much you are putting in and could over fill it if topping up?
   
   Are you not meant to fill it from the plug thats behind the passenger side wheel arch?
   
   If not, I'll fill mine up through the breather becuase mine needs some in.

   from the breather dude, but pull that plug out just so you dont over fill

    Correct way is 3 liters.
    
    Undo the Bolt/plug/lug at the bottom right of the gearbox behind the passanger wheel arch leave for 20mins to drain.
    
    Squeeze in 2 liters and it wont run out.
    
    On the 3rd liter it will start running thats when you nip it up.
