VT? Wishbones different to basic model?

   I am converting the front suspension of my car to a vtr style e.g. arb, droplinks etc... do i need new wishbones for the droplinks to clear the wishbone? are the wishbones different?

   vtr/vts/furio wishbones are different to 1.1 type, tubular construction rather then cast

   but are the shapes different will my droplinks catch on the wishbone?

   They are completely different, to use the VT* anti roll bar with the drop links you have to use the VT wishbones
   
   The base model wishbones do foul and interfere with the drop links so its not possible to use those.
