Help?

   engine won't go over 300rpm i checked the air flow meter and it works and it's been on 4 diff fault readers and none of them will give a code any help much appreciated

   dm i know what it is noww, where is it on an mk2 1.1 first? and it did get flooded ages ago and the engine blew b ut new engine in and it's still doing it
