i was looking on getting a new manifold to improve performace whats the best one to get ? 4-2-1 ? , jst not sure and what price are new ones or think its bter getting a second hand one? thanks

Get a new one.

Prices depend, they range from about £150 - £400

And i would get a 4-2-1 personally.
