I used to run a powder coating company here in Devon we used to charge £25 a wheel but that was 8 years ago that included sand blasting !
if you want two colours would be more but I think it's about £40 a wheel now!
after the wheel is sandblasted it will go in the oven for 15 mins then when it cools some people put a primer on, then it will be coated and baked again for about 20 mins @ 180c
this would have to be done twice for two colours! plus masking up!
so less than £40 a wheel would be cheap

£14. and £20 a wheel ! if that's sand blasted and two colours then that is great value! they won't be making any money on that, if the jobs going to look good? I would rip his hand off! get down there quick.
  22. #22
thats a bloody good price, on my old car i had 17" and it was 70 quid a wheel
  23. #23
What color range is there with powder coating?
  24. #24
    Any colour within reason!
what you will find though is that they will not stock that many out of the ordinary colours,
they could order a box of powder in but its dear and they prob not use colour again if its an odd one!
  25. #25
My show cage is getting done yellow for 40 quid = )
  26. #26
To get them powder coated, do they need to be Sand blasted before ? Or can it go straight on top of original paint?

    got to be s/b mate!
