Is this worth it?

   Just bought new set of alloys on ebay (no tyers) and want to get them sprayed black, my m8 who works in a spray garage said he will do them for £80 is that good?

   its pretty easy.

   Do them yourself it is easy you would need two spray cans and you can get them in gloss black and your away with it.

   I also need laquer aswell dont i? so how many cans etc of each would i need?

   if you do them in gloss black you would not need laquer as it as its own shine id say you would prob need two cans if you doing the inside of the wheels then prob three to make sure you have enough.

   Laquer protects the finish...

   Yeah i think i will do them myself, so how many cans of each will i need to do four alloys primer gloss etc etc

   Primer - 1 can
   Black gloss paint - 3 cans
   if you using laquer - 2 cans

    to be fair tho 80 quid is a very good price and they will be done in 2k paint and laquer rather than 1k spray paint so will be harderd better procted and shine a lot more to do it all ya self ya looking at 30-40 for all the paint sand paper filler etc you mite need

    i say do it yourself, its not hard and aslong as you give it plenty of prep work and spray it properly it should come out good :-)
