two air filters

   Right just wondering is it ok 2 run ya car with the original air box and after maket air filter basically im really lazy and cant be bothered to take off the air box cos the piper x fits on to the original air box then i wont have to play with the oil breather pipe

   That defeats the object and will make it more restrictive and give no difference at all. Remove all the air box and put the pipercross on the throttle body. By doing what your doing you may aswell just left it as it was, just do it properly and you can revel in the amazing induction roar lol

   I was looking at an old thread of mine and seen a comment that we were discussing about you loving open cone filters and you recomended a piper-x.
   
   i bought that VTR for £180 didnt i... guess what it had fitted?
   
   Piper-x induction kit put it on the furio before.. what a noise!!! lol

   Piper-x nice roar but heatsoak if heatshield not fitted.
   
   Green cotton panel filter (Direct replacement in standard airbox) less restriction for more performance.

   It is awsome isn't it, i couldnt believe it when i first fitted it! Thought i had jumped into a rally car with twice the power (Shame it only seems it though haha)

   Haha yeah, i put it on my furio today for a trial fit a love it..
   
   Might keep it on till i can afford to get a Green Panel Filter.
   
   1 Minute to fit and it went from whineyyy 1.4 to V8 Roar y0!

   bought the venom ma normal box makes a nice noise but it just looks crap

    i was there the other day was some amazin cars there and in the middle was a passat estate gettin some bbs alloys fitted just looked wrong, like u say its funny to see the crock some people turn up in
