hi/low hids.. stuck on one setting

   hey brough some hi/low hid's and they staying on one setting on normaly beam id then turn them off flash high beam excatly the same?
   
   how do i cure this i'm pretty sure i have wired up correctly any school boy error some one could point out ?

   Either relay stuck/sticking or wiring fault. Recheck to be sure

   sounds like the little bit on the end of each bulb that moves in and out when changing between main and dipped beam is knackered.
   get someone to flash the lights and check to see if that moves when doing so.

   seem to be stuck on hi beam there lighting up the whole road haha, now checking to see if the bulb bits flick over, pretty sure there wire in right as you can only do them one way ?
