   i'm trying to unbolt them and the nuts spinning but not coming off at all.
   
   tried from both ends and both doing the same
   
   how the hell do i get them off lol

   Need a hex bit in the end of the thread.
   But if there rusted to buggery you will probably have to grind them off.

   sorted now but the track rod is stuck attached to the strut and literally wiill not come out

    well.
    
    either penerating fluid and some heat (preferably not at the same time lol)
    
    heat, up the area around the track rod end, this should expand, and tap the track rod end out.

    Track rod ends are seriously tight. Ball joint splitter and brute force works for me but it feels wrong doing it.
