looseing water?

   iv just two days ago put a new 1.1 engine in my car, iv put about 4 mabey 5 litres of water in it and bled the system as best as i can but its gone down to empty in the rad, could this just be it still getting the air locks out?

   If you cant see it leaking than i would think so... I put an engine in my Xsara and had the same problem for about a week

   When I bled mine, I kept checking mine for around 2 weeks and the water kept going down. I kept topping up and 1 day it stayed at the max and has never gone down since, so yeah its just displacing the air hopefully.
   
   Also, make sure you put coolant/antifreeze in, and not just plain old water in this weather, because it will freeze and damage your engine.
