ECU and Fuel lines :panic:

   Can anyone tell me the symptoms of a locked ECU?
   
   I got the engine running the other day, but now it just turns over but wont run and the ECU light is flashing like crazy.
   
   Also does anyone have a VTS Fuel pump and return fuel line they want to get shot of?

   Well, it just wont fire by it self.

   ecu light flashing means its immobilised

   But i've had the engine running. If it was the ECU surely the fuel pump wouldn't prime and the starter motor wouldn't run and there would just be a click from a relay and nothing would happen?

   They do, but the fuel pump dosent pump any fuel though, the starter motor turns it over only.

    If the ecus locked youll get the pump priming but no injectors or spark

    Yeah all that was done before the old ECU was even taken off.
    
    BTW sofia bush is AMAZING!
